Schedule Clutter
Being busy prevents you from living the life God created for you.
Tools to address schedule clutter and manage your time better:
- Decide your real “I’m going to die in 6 months” priorities. Write them down.
- Create a weekly plan based on those priorities. Read How to Create a Weekly Plan.
- Choose your Top 3 every most important tasks each night for the next day.
- Time Block – Schedule a block of time in your schedule to focus on one task.
- Batch Tasks – Save time by grouping like tasks together like Freezer Cooking. Read How to Freeze Ground Beef HERE.
- Schedule Device Free Time – Read Why I Start My Day Without Technology.
- Establish Routines and Habits – make life easier and automatic so you don’t face decision fatigue. (Big Three: dishes, meals, laundry)
- Create a Stop Doing List – Make a list of tasks and activities you will not do. See my list HERE.
