$75 Grocery Budget Meal Plan
It’s back! I’ll be posting my meal plans again to:
- Keep myself accountable for my grocery spending;
- Ensure that I actually make a meal plan;
- Encourage you to make some kind of meal plan to reduce your stress and your budget;
- Give you permission to serve super simple meals;
- Provide some meal ideas.
I’m sharing what we’re actually eating this week which includes a combination of both pantry items and fresh foods, so hopefully you’ll find something you can add to your meal plan.
THE SECRET TO THE $75 GROCERY BUDGET
The main way I stick to the budget is by using what we have on hand to create my meal plan, then purchasing lower priced and sale items in multiples so I have a constant stockpile to work from. Each week I’m purchasing some items for the current week, and some items for upcoming weeks.

Thanks, I’m feeding 5 adults so was curious. Our total is usually around $115 a week but we have bulk beef. Our produce prices are pretty high here in southern Va.
Prices are so variable from region to region. I think you’re doing a great job!
Yay! always fun to read what others are having. quick question how many are you feeding now?
Hi Karen – This is for 3 adults and the occasional visiting adult child. 🙂
