$125 Budget Gluten Free Menu + easy recipes

We decided about a month ago to raise the grocery budget to $175 – $200 a week because we’re feeding six adults, three of whom need to eat gluten free, but I’m trying as much as possible to stick to the $125/week budget unless it’s absolutely necessary to spend more.
After two good weeks I’m over budget this week, primarily because we were out of a lot of staples like peanut butter, condiments and tortillas.
Note: To keep costs low for the gluten free items we shop sales, buy GF products from Aldi and order items from Vitacost (click here to grab a FREE $10 credit!).
Weekly Total: $160.23
September Monthly Total: $556.52
