Just so you know that I am normal, I totally blew the budget this week — partially because I spent so little last week and partially because I did not make a list before shopping.
Thankfully Aldi prices are generally low so “blowing the budget” meant $30 extra dollars instead of $100, but I had to actually transfer money from savings to pay for it so that stinks.
And I didn’t have time to take photos either. 🙁

Cheese Toast (Aldi GF Bread), banana
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn*
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices
Rice Cakes* with peanut butter*, apple slices with cinnamon*
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
Sweet & Spicy Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken, rice, stir fried vegetables
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat*, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices
Slow Cooker Chipotle Chili* (ground beef from freezer), corn chips
