BREAKFAST
Fried Eggs with Spinach, Black Bean and Corn Salsa, orange slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh blueberries
Homemade Freezer Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Cheese Toast (GF bread for gluten free kids), banana
Cereal with rice milk x2

LUNCH
Spinach Salad with Cranberries and Orange Balsamic Vinaigrette (plus baked chicken)
Tuna Salad
Turkey Sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Nacho Chips with melted cheese, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn*
Rice Cakes with peanut butter and banana slices
DINNER
Simple Shrimp and Grits, steamed sugar snap peas
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices
Gluten Free Meatloaf* (so good that we had it again this week!), mashed potatoes*, steamed broccoli
Teriyaki Steak (GF Teriyaki sauce), stir fry vegetables, rice*
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, Fresh Tomato Cucumber Salad, Tropical Fruit Salad
