It’s official! Now that my son has moved out on his own we are lowering the budget to just $100 a week for our family of 5 including three teenagers. And I actually have photos for you this week!
Aldi Produce
Celery, bell peppers and grapes were the best deals this week.
Aldi Meat and Dairy
I normally have to go to Publix to find ricotta cheese but Aldi happened to have it this week so I saved the trip.
I was super happy to find popcorn kernels again. Both Walmart and Aldi only stock them in the Fall/holiday season and the only other kernels I could find were very expensive. I will be stocking up because we love air popped popcorn as a snack and we do not have a microwave.
Weekly Total: $95.54
October Monthly Total: $517.08
(There were 5 Fridays this month and my average is $103.42 per week.)
