After last month’s pantry clean out for the Fast Track Savings Challenge I had a little bit of stocking up to do but thanks to Aldi’s low prices and planning inexpensive meals for this week, I was able to stick to the budget.

Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh strawberries
Cinnamon Raisin Toast with peanut butter and banana slices
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins* x2
Cereal with milk
Scrambled eggs, sausage links
LUNCH
Very Blueberry Smoothie, Cheese Toast
Nachos with avocado slices
PBJ, apple slices with cinnamon
Ham Sandwich, grapes, cucumber slices x2
Leftovers from dinner

BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers with bacon from Zaycon Foods)*, Tomato Cucumber Salad
