Sorry, no photos of the groceries again. Life is so busy right now that I am doing well to get to the store to buy the groceries!
Weekly Total: $134.34
May Monthly Total: $389.04
($125/week budget for six people so I am a little over budget because I purchased frozen pizzas instead of making my usual 10 Minute Pizza Dough from scratch)

Another easy recipe: Taco pasta bake
1 pound of prepared taco meat (hot)
1 8 oz cream cheese
1 16 oz rotini style pasta (cooked til tender, drained)
1 cup shredded cheese (Mexican or taco blend)
Spray a 11×7 baking pan.
Stir cream cheese into hot taco meat until melted. Mix in with cooked pasta. Spread in pan. Sprinkle with shredded cheese. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 25 min at 350.
– Cook longer (maybe 45 minutes) if it is cold as it can be made ahead of time.
-I have made the meat in a larger pot, added the cream cheese and cooked pasta and stirred in the shredded cheese and served it like that instead of as a cassarole
That sounds yummy! Thanks Emilie!
