BREAKFAST
Fried Eggs with Spinach*, Black Bean and Corn* Salsa
Oatmeal* with Easy Baked Apples x2
Fresh Honey Dew Melon slices, cheese toast* (bread from the freezer)
Cereal* with milk x2
Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese*
LUNCH
Crustless Quiche* (eggs and bacon from Zaycon Foods previously purchased), orange slices*
Banana Berry Smoothie*, popcorn*
Apple Sandwiches, pretzel rods* x2
Turkey Sandwich, tortilla chips*
Tuna Salad*, celery sticks*
Roast Beef Sandwiches (roast leftover from dinner), bell pepper slices
DINNER
Rosemary Roasted Chicken, steamed green beans*
Chicken Enchiladas (with leftover roast chicken), rice, Black Bean and Corn* Salsa
Beef Roast, sauteed cabbage
Beef and Veggie Soup* (with leftover roast), gluten free cornbread*
Spicy Black Beans, rice
30 Minute Start-to-Finish Homemade Pizza*, romaine salad
