$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money. See how I’m feeding my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week.

BREAKFAST
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Cantaloupe slices, English muffins*, sausage patties
Cereal* with milk X2
Fried Eggs with Spinach, Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Cheese Toast, applesauce
LUNCH
Greek Salad with roasted chicken, feta cheese and Kalamata olives
Apple Sandwiches, pretzel rods*
Homemade Pizza Bagels (bagels, mozzarella, pepperoni from freezer)
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Tuna Salad*, cucumber slices, mini peppers
Hummus, baby carrots, mini peppers
Turkey Sandwich* (bread from freezer), tortilla chips*
DINNER
Taco Cups, Black Bean and Corn Salsa
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (bacon from Zaycon Foods)*, Kettle Chips
Crunchy Chicken Salad, garlic toast triangles
Egg Noodles* with Slow Cooker Pasta Sauce, green salad
BBQ Chicken Nachos, Tomato Cucumber Salad
Homemade 10 Minute Pizza, salad
Lemon Chicken (from my 12 Slow Cooker Freezer Meals in 1 Hour Plan), buttered noodles*, steamed broccoli*
