$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money. See how I’m feeding my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week.

BREAKFAST
Homemade Freezer Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola* and fresh blueberries
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins*
Cereal with milk X2
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Cheese Toast, banana
LUNCH
Crunchy Chicken Salad, fresh fruit
Greek Salad: romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, black olives, feta cheese
Turkey Sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Homemade Pizza Bagels
PBJ, apple slices with cinnamon
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
Slow Cooker Chipotle Chili, corn chips
Spicy Chicken Thighs* (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Orange Chicken, rice, stir-fry veggies (from my 12 Freezer Meals in 1 Hour)
Egg Noodles with Marinara, romaine salad, garlic toast triangles
Breakfast for Dinner: bacon (from Zaycon Foods)*, Chocolate Chip Pancakes
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, canned peaches
Easy Hot Wings, fries
