$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money. See how I’m feeding my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week.

BREAKFAST
Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free)
Freezer Breakfast Burritos with Sausage and Egg
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh blueberries
Fried Eggs with Spinach, Black Bean and Corn Salsa (leftover from dinner)
Cinnamon Raisin Toast with peanut butter and banana slices
Cereal with milk x2
LUNCH
Tuna Salad*, pickles*
Berrylicious Breakfast Smoothie, popcorn*
Turkey Sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Homemade Pizza Bagels
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
Sweet & Spicy Slow Cooker Chinese Chicken, rice, stir fried vegetables
London Broil, steamed broccoli*, mashed potatoes*
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, avocado slices, Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Homemade 10 Minute Pizza, salad
Roast Beef Sandwiches, potato chips
