Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Banana Berry Smoothie, Cheese Toast (gluten free bread)
Chex cereal with milk x2
Fried Eggs with Spinach, orange slices x2
LUNCH
Very Blueberry Smoothie, popcorn
Salad with Italian Chicken and feta cheese
Tuna salad, cucumber slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing x2
Snack lunch: cheese, gluten free crackers, olives, pickles
DINNER
Authentic Mexican Enchiladas (made with corn tortillas), steamed green beans
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), french fries, steamed broccoli
Steak Teriyaki (gluten free sauce), stir-fry veggies, rice
Fettucini Alfredo (gluten free pasta) with broccoli, romaine salad, garlic bagels
Chebe Bread Pizza, romaine salad
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches (gluten free bread), dill pickles
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
