BREAKFAST
Homemade Freezer Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins
Banana Berry Smoothie, Cheese Toast
Cereal with milk x2
Fried Eggs with Spinach, orange slices*
Bagel* with cream cheese
LUNCH
Very Blueberry Smoothie, popcorn*
Salad with Italian Chicken and feta cheese*
Tuna* salad, cucumber slices
Turkey* (from the freezer) Sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Snack lunch: cheese, crackers*, olives*
DINNER
Authentic Mexican Enchiladas, steamed green beans
Spicy Chicken Thighs* (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), french fries, steamed broccoli
Steak Teriyaki, stir-fry veggies, rice
Fettucini Alfredo with broccoli, romaine salad, garlic bagels
Pizza (Aldi Pre-made), romaine salad
Grilled Cheese Sandwiches, dill pickles*
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
