$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money and stay on budget. I feed my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week by creating and following a detailed menu plan, shopping at a discount chain and buying sale items at other grocery stores.

BREAKFAST
Organic Yogurt* with Crockpot Granola* and fresh blueberries
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins
Cinnamon Raisin Bagel with cream cheese
Cheese Toast, banana
Scrambled eggs, orange slices*
Cereal with milk x2
LUNCH
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, fresh broccoli florets with ranch dressing*
Apple Sandwiches with peanut butter, celery sticks* with cream cheese
Turkey* Sandwich, pretzels*
Homemade Pizza Bagels* (sauce and plain bagels previously purchased)
Hummus, cucumber slices, tortilla chips* (we have a bag of leftover chips from last week)
Nacho chips with melted cheese, cucumber slices
DINNER
Slow Cooker Chipotle Chili, corn chips
Spicy Chicken Thighs* (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower*
Steak and Peppers with Delicious Steak Marinade, rice*, steamed green beans
Mexican Burgers, Sweet Potato Fries
Fettucini Alfredo, romaine salad
Chili Cheese Fries, Tomato Cucumber Salad
10 Minute Homemade Pizza, salad
