Ham and Cheese Omelette with bell pepper
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with banana slices and maple syrup
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)
Udi’s Everything Bagel with cream cheese
Cheese Toast (gluten free bread), apple sauce
Chex cereal with milk x2
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (gf bread), raw carrots with ranch dressing
Peach Berry Smoothie, rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins
Tuna Salad, green pepper slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, tortilla chips
Apple Slices with peanut butter and raisins
Ham Sandwich (gluten free bread), cucumber slices
Romaine Salad with Sauteed Chicken Strips
DINNER
Southern Pulled Pork Soft Tacos (with corn tortillas), baked beans
Baked Ham, rice, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Ham & Spinach Pasta, romaine salad
London Broil, steamed green beans
Picnic at the Park (turkey and cheese rollup, popcorn, grapes)
Breakfast for Dinner: Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs
