$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money and stay on budget. I feed my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week by creating and following a detailed menu plan and shopping sales.

BREAKFAST
Ham and Cheese Omelette with bell pepper
Oatmeal with banana slices and maple syrup
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Blueberry Bagel with cream cheese*
Cheese Toast, apple sauce*
Cereal with milk x2
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, raw carrots* with ranch dressing
Peach Berry Smoothie*, rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins
Tuna Salad*, green pepper slices
Turkey Sandwich, tortilla chips*
PBJ, pretzels* (still have some leftover because a couple of my kids don’t like them)
Ham Sandwich, cucumber slices
Romaine Salad with Sauteed Chicken Strips
DINNER
Southern Pulled Pork Soft Tacos, baked beans
Baked Ham, rice, steamed broccoli and cauliflower*
Ham & Spinach Pasta, romaine salad*
London Broil, steamed green beans*
Picnic at the Park (turkey sandwiches, popcorn, grapes)
Breakfast for Dinner: Pancakes and scrambled eggs* (leftover from last week)
