Last week I determined to finally attack the paper clutter around my house and especially on the “catchall” cart outside my kitchen.
BEFORE
AFTER
I used my Mail Pile Quick Sort Method (see more here) to sort through all of the papers that had accumulated and my 10 Minutes a Day Decluttering for the rest of the mess.
My plan for this week:
PERSONAL – walk at least 5 days; bed by 10 p.m.; drink 6-8 glasses of water daily; daily “Brain Dump” (read more here); arm exercises
PEOPLE – date with hubby; driving practice with daughter #2; double date w/ friends; family park day
PASSION – art journal time; walk in the park (I NEED nature!)
PURPOSE – (wife) speak kind words to my husband; (mom) say encouraging words to my kids; (encourager) email friend to encourage her
PROJECTS – 10 Minute Declutter; make Christmas Gift list; buy shower gift; plan party with daughter #3
I have a problem with saying negative and sarcastic remarks so I am making a concerted effort this week to say positive words to my family. I am also determining once again to avoid distractions like social media that prevent me from focusing on what is really important in my life. (Are you joining us for Wifiless Wednesdays?
