Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Oatmeal Pancakes (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)
Scrambled eggs, cottage cheese with banana slices
Bagel Udi’s GF) with cream cheese
Chex cereal with milk
LUNCH
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
Ham and Swiss Grilled Cheese (gf bread), raw carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing
Tuna Salad, tortilla chips
Cheese Nachos, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw carrots and broccoli
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
BBQ Pork Sliders (using gf bun), Cabbage Coleslaw
Udi’s GF Frozen Pizza, salad
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (adding sauce later since patties are pre-made), Broccoli Slaw Salad
Chicken Enchiladas (with corn tortillas), rice, steamed green beans
Spicy Black Beans (read here how to cook beans for the freezer), rice
Breakfast for Dinner: Bacon and Eggs (repeat because we ate leftovers last week instead)
