$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money and stay on budget. I feed my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week by creating and following a detailed menu plan.

BREAKFAST
Gluten Free Banana Pecan Muffins* (ingredients from the pantry)
Oatmeal* with cinnamon and raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Cheese Toast, cottage cheese, banana
Bagel* (from the freezer), cream cheese*
Cereal with milk x2
LUNCH
Apple Sandwiches, pretzels (leftover from last week)
Ham and Swiss Grilled Cheese, raw carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing*
Tuna Salad*(ingredients from pantry, tortilla chips
Cheese Nachos, avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Quesadillas, canned peaches*
Turkey Sandwich, raw carrots and broccoli*
DINNER
BBQ Pork Sliders, Cabbage Coleslaw
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (adding sauce later since patties are pre-made), Broccoli Slaw Salad
Homemade Pizza with sausage, salad* (romaine leftover from last week)
Chicken Enchiladas, rice*, steamed green beans*
Spicy Black Beans*(read here how to cook beans for the freezer), rice*
Breakfast for Dinner: Bacon and Eggs (repeat because we ate leftovers last week instead)
