Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free)
Chex cereal with milk x2
Boiled eggs, applesauce
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Fried Eggs with Spinach, cherry tomatoes
LUNCH
Spinach Salad with Grilled Chicken, Cranberries and Balsamic Vinaigrette
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
Rice Cakes with peanut butter and banana slices
Turkey Sandwich, cucumber slices x2
Cheese Nachos, avocado, grape tomatoes
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
Taco Salad, watermelon slices
Rosemary Roasted Chicken, steamed green beans, rice
Fettuccini Alfredo (gluten free pasta) with leftover roasted chicken, steamed broccoli, romaine salad
Hot Dogs, baked beans, steamed corn on the cob
Grilled Cheese (gluten free bread), Tropical Fruit Salad
Breakfast for Dinner: bacon and eggs
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli/cauliflower
