$125 Budget Weekly Menu – Making a weekly meal plan keeps me sane and helps me to save money and stay on budget so I can feed my family of six including four teens for around $125 a week.

BREAKFAST
Homemade Freezer Waffles* with DIY Waffle Syrup*
Cheese Toast* (cheese and bread already purchased), fresh cantaloupe slices
Cottage Cheese with blueberries, cinnamon raisin toast* (from freezer)
Cereal with milk x2
Egg and Sausage Breakfast Burritos (I’m trying this recipe without the potatoes.)
Oatmeal* with banana slices
LUNCH
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, cucumber slices with ranch dressing
Tuna Salad* (mayo, pickles previously purchased)
Crackers* with Salami & Pepper Jack Cheese slices, mini sweet peppers
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, mini sweet peppers
PBJ* (bread from freezer), pretzels*
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
Simple Shrimp and Grits, steamed fresh green beans
Sloppy Lasagna Bake (the kids loved this so much we’re having it again this week), romaine salad
Crunchy Chicken Salad, fresh cantaloupe chunks with blueberries*
BBQ Chicken Quarters, baked beans*
Steak and Peppers with Delicious Steak Marinade, rice*, steamed broccoli*
Chocolate Chip Pancakes, bacon*
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, Tropical Fruit Salad*

Do you have a good baked beans recipe?
Actually I have just been purchasing the canned version because I don’t have a lot of extra time right now, but it will be much cheaper to make them yourself. I’m sure that Tasty Kitchen or Food Network will have a good recipe for you.
I agree, it just takes so much time to make them homemade. Only me and my son eat them, so I’m thinking canned is the best option! This us why I love your menu plans!!
Your menu plan looks delicious. We are having an oven free menu this week since it should be hot. We have ham fried rice, chicken fajitas and ground beef lettuce wraps on our menu plan for this week.
