BREAKFAST
Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free)
Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Chex cereal with milk x2
Scrambled eggs, orange slices
Cheese Toast, banana
LUNCH
Gluten Free Bagel with Sundried Tomato Spread, bell pepper slices
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn
Turkey Avocado Wrap – (we will use lettuce instead of a wrap this week)
Easy Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortillas), green pepper slices
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
DINNER
Mango Salsa Chicken, rice, steamed broccoli
Delicious Steak Fajitas (served with corn tortillas), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Easy Chicken Stir-Fry, rice
Asian Salad (make sure to use gluten free soy sauce)
Free Chic-fil-A (grilled chicken salad)
Grilled Cheese (gluten free bread), romaine salad, fresh plums
