$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 4 teens for $125 a week!
This week I spent $120.34 and I saved money by shopping exclusively at Aldi’s, a discount grocery store. *Items marked with an asterisk were purchased in previous weeks in the $125 Budget and are in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

BREAKFAST
Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free)
Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Cereal with milk x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Cheese Toast, applesauce
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn*
Tuna Salad, cucumber slices
Hummus, green pepper slices
Fresh mozzarella, crackers, cherry tomatoes
Homemade Pizza Bagels
Nachos with avocado slices
PBJ, apple slices with cinnamon
DINNER
Taco Cups, Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Pork Chops, steamed green beans, mashed potatoes
Angel Hair Pasta with grilled chicken, romaine salad
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, raw carrots with ranch dressing
Sausage and cabbage skillet, Home Fried Potatoes
Dinner out to celebrate a family birthday
