$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 4 teens for $125 a week!
This week I saved money by shopping at Aldi’s (a discount chain) and serving cheaper foods like potatoes, soup and beans. My total spending for the week was $109.50.

BREAKFAST
Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free)
Cereal with milk x2
Egg and Cheese Bagel, cantaloupe slices
Cheese Toast, applesauce
Cinnamon Raisin Toast with peanut butter* and banana slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh strawberries
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn*
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, bell pepper slices
Turkey Sandwich, carrots and ranch dressing* x2
Hummus, tortilla strips, cucumber slices
PBJ, apple slices with cinnamon
DINNER
Southwest Chicken Chili, tortilla chips
Baked Potatoes with bacon*, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad
Spicy Chicken Thighs* (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower
Fettuccine Alfredo with broccoli, romaine salad
Taco Bowls Beantastic Taco Meat , tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Hot Dogs, fries, baked beans

I love your Italian Chicken recipe. I’ve made it several times. It’s so quick and easy! Tonight I put the chicken on spinach salad, with sliced strawberries. I also love making sandwiches with it! Tomorrow I might try to make some lentil soup. Thanks for your menu ideas!
