Delicious, Moist Blueberry Muffins (with a touch of maple syrup – gluten free), boiled egg
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh strawberries
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Chex cereal with milk x2
Scrambled eggs, orange slices x2
LUNCH
Cheese Nachos, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists x2
Hummus, tortilla chips, green pepper slices
Tuna salad, celery sticks
Ham and Cream Cheese Rollups, potato chips
DINNER
BBQ Pork Sliders, Cabbage Coleslaw
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas (made with leftover pork), cherry tomatoes, avocado slices
Easy Potato Soup, cheese toast (made with gluten free bread)
Breakfast for Dinner: Bacon (from Zaycon Foods) and scrambled eggs
BBQ Chicken, roasted asparagus
Leftovers
Dinner with friends
