Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Veggie Breakfast Scramble, orange slices x2
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Cheese Toast (made with gluten free bread, applesauce
Cereal with milk
LUNCH
Turkey Avocado Wrap (made with gluten free wrap), cherry tomatoes
Easy Cheese Quesadillas (made with corn tortillas), canned peaches
Turkey Lettuce Wrap with Swiss cheese, celery sticks and ranch dressing x2
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers (gluten free bun), Kettle Chips
Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad
Poor Man’s Meal from the Depression Cooking with Clara Video Series
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese (made with gluten free bread), kosher dill pickles
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed broccoli and cauliflower
