Easy Cheese Quesadillas (made with corn tortillas), green pepper slices
Turkey and Swiss Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing x2
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
DINNER
Black Bean Chicken Chili (diced tomatoes and black beans previously purchased), corn chips
Easy Hot Wings, fries
Breakfast for Dinner: Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), bacon
Cheese Burgers, Home Fried Potatoes
Chicken Enchiladas, rice, steamed green beans
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad

Love the ham and egg cups. Those are perfect for me. Just wish I could get my son to eat eggs! Would love to see him eat more protein in the mornings. He’ll eat a handful of raw spinach, but won’t eat eggs. Ooh!…maybe I should make him ham and spinach roll-ups instead.
Hey, if your child is eating raw spinach I’d say you’re doing pretty well. 🙂 The ham and spinach roll-up sounds like a winner.
