$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 3 teens and a twelve year old for $125 a week!
This week I saved money by serving cheaper meals (ham and bean soup, hot dogs, pasta) and shopping at a discount grocery store. My shopping total for this week was $99.08 and my total for the month of December is $329.90, or $109.96 average per week.
*Items marked with an asterisk were purchased in previous weeks in the $125 Budget and are in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

BREAKFAST
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Cereal with milk x2
Cheese Toast, fresh cantaloupe slices
Christmas Breakfast: Gluten Free Coffee Cake with Cinnamon and Pecans
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins

LUNCH
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, green and red pepper slices
Turkey Sandwich, cucumber slices and ranch dressing* x2
Homemade Pizza Bagels* (bagels from the freezer)
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices

DINNER
BBQ Chicken Nachos, Broccoli Slaw Salad
BBQ Pepper Jack Bacon Burgers*(ground beef and cheese previously purchased), Kettle Chips, Tomato Cucumber Salad
Ham and Bean Soup* (ham from the freezer), gluten free cornbread
Christmas Eve: Spinach Dip with crackers Easy Hot Wings, fries, Christmas Cookie Ice Cream Sandwiches
Christmas: Fontina Monte Cristos (3 family members are working so I am keeping it simple)
Hot Dogs, baked beans*, homemade potato salad* (potatoes previously purchased)
Lasagna, Romaine Salad
