Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Cottage Cheese with pineapple and banana slices, toast (gluten free bread)
Chex cereal with milk
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh blueberries
LUNCH
Turkey Avocado Wrap (made with gluten free wrap), cucumber slices
Turkey Sandwich (gluten free bread), carrots and ranch dressing
Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, cucumber slices
Apple Sandwiches, Glutino Gluten Free Pretzel Twists
Easy Cheese Quesadillas, Tropical Fruit Salad
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
Garlic Shrimp Radiatore (made with Ancient Harvest Quinoa Rotelle), romaine salad
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
Pan Fried Pork Chops, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli
Steak and Rice Burritos (gf tortilla), Spicy Black Beans, corn
Sausage Skillet (diced potatoes, onions and green pepper, sliced Kielbasa sauteed in olive oil with basil, oregano, salt & pepper to taste), steamed green beans
Parmesan Chicken Strips, rice, salad
Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad (repeat from last week because we had leftovers instead)
