Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup x2
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Fried Eggs with Spinach, Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Cottage Cheese with pineapple chunks, cheese toast with Udi’s GF bread
GF Cereal with milk
LUNCH
Rice cakes with peanut butter and raisins
Cheese Nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing
Leftovers from Dinner
DINNER
Delicious Steak Fajitas (on corn tortillas) with Make Your Own Fajita Seasoning, rice, steamed green beans
Greek Pasta Salad (made with Tinkyada Brown Rice Elbows with Rice Bran and added chicken), garlic toast triangles with gf bread
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal and Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), bacon
Hot Dogs, baked beans, Home Fried Potatoes
BBQ pork, Broccoli Slaw Salad
GF Lasagna Bake, romaine salad
Dinner with friends (who are allergy-friendly)

Love the idea of making individual lasagnas cups. It would certainly make it easier for accommodating different food intolerances in our house — no dairy for me, dairy-free cheese for my daughter, and lots of the real stuff for my hubby.
