$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 3 teens and a twelve year old for $125 a week! We have lots of food in the freezer, so I was able to keep my spending to $75.01 this week.
My total spending for October is $422.16, or $106 per week average! I am pretty happy with that!

Please Note: I post my weekly menu to encourage menu planning and to give meal ideas, not as a nutritional standard. You should feed your family based on your priorities and values. You may not be able to replicate this exact menu for $125 because sales vary by region and you will have different items on hand, but you can save money just by using a menu. 🙂)

I am so jealous, we are a family of two people and 3 dogs I spend almost 700 on food a month! I need to print out your menus and stick to them
Hi Ana–Just start by making a menu and you will save a TON of money. I do base my menus on sale items for that week plus what I have on hand, but you can probably do my menu for $150 a week or less for two people depending on prices in your area. You can do it! 🙂
