$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 3 teens and a twelve year old for around $125 a week!
This week’s sale items included beef chuck roast, potatoes, ground beef, Classico Pasta Sauce for $1.17 per 24 oz. jar (after sale and coupon), plus we had leftover eggs from the sale last week.
My total spending for the week was $133.45, which is $8.45 over budget, but my monthly total is only $347.15, or $115.71 average per week.
*Items marked with an asterisk were purchased in previous weeks in the $125 Budget and are in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

BREAKFAST
Fried Eggs with Spinach, Black Bean and Corn Salsa*
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola* and fresh blackberries
Cereal with Milk x2
Cheese Toast, applesauce*
Oatmeal with cinnamon and raisins
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn*
Apple Sandwiches, pretzel sticks*
Tuna Salad Pita, green pepper slices
Ham Sandwich, cucumber slices and ranch dressing*
Homemade Pizza Bagels
Nachos with avocado slices
PBJ, apple slices with cinnamon
DINNER
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
Beef Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Beef and Veggie Soup (from leftover roast plus some stew meat), gluten free cornbread
BBQ Chicken Nachos, Broccoli Slaw Salad
Spicy Black Beans, rice
Crustless Quiche, Buttery Apple Crisp
