$125 Budget Weekly Menu –See how I feed my family of six including 3 teens and a twelve year old for $125 a week!
This week I had several high value coupons for gluten free items, so we spent an extra $19 stocking up which made my total a little over–$136.07 for the week. My September total is $357.23 so far, or $119 average per week so far.
*Items marked with an asterisk were purchased in previous weeks in the $125 Budget and are in the pantry, fridge or freezer.

BREAKFAST
Gluten Free Blueberry Muffins, scrambled eggs
Cinnamon Raisin Toast with peanut butter and banana slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh peach slices
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Cereal with milk x2
Gluten Free Apple Pancake, sausage links
LUNCH
Bagel with Sundried Tomato Spread, bell pepper slices
Rice Cakes* with peanut butter and raisins
Cheese nachos with avocado slices, cherry tomatoes
Fresh mozzarella cheese, crackers, carrots with ranch dressing*
Egg Salad, cucumber slices
Tuna Salad*
Ham Sandwich, chips*
DINNER
Southwest Chicken Chili, tortilla chips
Baked Ham*, steamed asparagus*
Fettucini Alfredo, salad
Texas Bean Bake (baked beans, browned ground beef, sauteed onions, barbecue sauce), cornbread
Frozen Pizza, salad
Chicken Enchiladas, rice, steamed green beans
