Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Gluten Free Banana Pecan Muffins
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana
Scrambled Eggs, bacon
Cottage Cheese, fresh blueberries
Cereal with milk
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn
Turkey Avocado Wrap (gluten free wrap)
Easy Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortilla)
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, carrots and ranch dressing
Nachos with avocado slices
DINNER
Authentic Mexican Enchiladas, rice
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Baked Ham, steamed cauliflower
Ham and Bean Soup, gluten free cornbread
Crock Pot Chili, corn chips
Italian Pasta Salad (made with diced ham instead of chicken), steamed green beans

Although I don’t need gluten free, I like looking at your menu ideas, it’s great you giving your daughter the lesson that gluten free doesn’t mean getting into debt!
