Get Organized! Simplify your life with a weekly plan.
Each Sunday night I make a plan for the upcoming week to make sure that I am focusing on what is truly important in my life, rather than just crossing tasks off my to do list.
I want my life to be more than average, so I have to be intentional about how I spend my time. Planning my week enables me to accomplish tasks in line with my true priorities.
I divide my plan into five categories:
PERSONAL- habits that keep me healthy and happy
PEOPLE– activities that promote relationship with the people I love
PURPOSE– tasks that enable me to fulfill my purpose in life
PASSION– activities and experiences which enable me to enjoy life
PROJECTS– priority tasks that need to be finished this week
I did make a plan last week, but I did not have time to post it. I was able to exercise 5 days, have a date with my husband, and de-clutter 10 minutes a day for 3 out of 7 days. (Join us for the 10 Minutes A Day Decluttering Challenge and stay tuned for my progress from last week!). We also had fun with friends for the Fourth of July.
This week I will be focusing on getting to bed by 10 p.m so that I can get more sleep. I will also be continuing work on my new vision board, my business plan and my life goals list, as well as continuing with my 10 Minutes a Day Decluttering specifically focusing on the cabinet under my bathroom sink.
