Please Note: I post my weekly menu to encourage menu planning and to give meal ideas, not as a nutritional standard. You should feed your family based on your priorities and values. You may not be able to replicate this exact menu for $125 because sales vary by region and you will have different items on hand, but you can save money just by using a menu. 🙂)

I love your simple, healthy menus. I was also wondering if you posted a shopping list for each week? Thank you for sharing with us all.
Hi DeAnna! Glad you enjoy the menus. Unfortunately I do not post my grocery list because it wouldn’t make sense for people since I use so much of what I already have on hand. You could try eMeals (link in the above post) if you would like to have a weekly menu with a complete grocery list.
I love reading your stuff!! I will be making meatloaf for dinner this week as my six year-old is requesting it. I have chicken breasts to use and am thinking we may grill since the weather is supposed to be nice. Thank you for all your ideas!
Thanks so much Sarah! I’m glad you’re here. 🙂
Love all your ideas on saving when it comes to the grocery budget ! A few of my issues is my DH has to have meat with all his meals.. Occasionally I can do a vegetarian one. And he does not like breakfast for dinner at all ! I get away with it when he goes out of town tho!! 🙂 Keep up the good work. Just started bloggin myself this week ! Wish me luck 🙂
Yes, good luck and have fun!
