Where do you get your wraps? The ones I have are hard and crack!
We use Udi’s. They still crack, but they have a better taste than others we have tried. I haven’t tried this with gluten free wraps, but to soften bread in the past we have wrapped it in a clean, wet dish towel and microwaved it for 20-30 seconds. Let me know if that works for you. 🙂
