I recently discovered that I am allergic to gluten. I had an unexplained and uncontrollable scratching every night. I read about how some people with celiac disease have skin problems — and I was right! No more itchies! Your post then popped into my RSS reader so I was pretty happy. I’m going to give some of the recipes a try this week.
Sorry about your allergy, but so glad that I can help. 🙂
I love the idea of those taco cups. Gotta try it! And that mango salsa chicken sounds delicious! Great menu – thanks for sharing your inspiration.
Have a wonderful week!
The taco cups sound like a fun idea!
Thanks Heather!
