My Weekly Plan– Get organized and simplify your life with a weekly plan!
Making a weekly plan ensures that I am focusing on what is truly most important in my life, rather than just crossing tasks off my to do list.
After trying many types of planners, my current favorite is to hand write my plan in my journal.

I divide my plan into five categories:
PERSONAL- habits that keep me healthy and happy
PEOPLE– activities that promote relationship with the people I love
PURPOSE– tasks that enable me to fulfill my purpose in life
PASSION– activities and experiences which enable me to enjoy life
PROJECTS– priority tasks that need to be finished this week
You can see last week’s plan here. I am really excited that I was able to get my digital photos organized and backed up. (Read How to Organize Digital Photos here.) I am writing this task on my calendar so that once a week I actually take care of it! We enjoyed spending time with our friends last week and it felt good to start opening our home again.
This week I am focusing on simplifying my life even more. My 10 Minutes A Day Decluttering project will be the kitchen. I will be getting rid of some things we no longer use, and I’ll post an update next week.
I will also be looking at our current schedule to determine if there are any activities that we need to eliminate.
You can read about my daily “Brain Dump” here”and my Nightly Plan here.
As a gift to my readers, you can now print your own customizable Weekly Plan! Click here and “like” The Peaceful Mom on Facebook to access the download link.

I Try very hard, but sometimes day to day issues cause me to fall behind. But getting in a routine housekeeping schedule is top of my list. The organizing tips are a blessing and love the binder ideas. Thank you!!
Thanks so much for letting me know that you have been encouraged by the site, Michelle. That is exactly what I try to do. 🙂
