$125 Budget Weekly Menu –After two years of $100 Budget Menus, we’ve increased the grocery budget to $125 a week for six people including three teens and one pre-teen. My husband and I will be away for a couple of days this week, so I made the menu super easy for the babysitter.

BREAKFAST
Homemade Freezer Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Egg and Cheese Bagel
Cereal with milk x2
Cheese Toast, banana
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie, popcorn*
Turkey Pepper Jack Grilled Cheese, raw carrots with ranch dressing*
Nachos, orange slices*
PBJ*, apple slices* with cinnamon
Easy Cheese Quesadillas (tortillas previously purchased), canned peaches*
Turkey Sandwich, cheese puffs
Homemade Pizza Bagels
DINNER
Ham & Spinach Pasta, romaine salad
Spicy Chicken Thighs (sprinkle chicken skin with Lawry’s Seasoning Salt and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour), steamed green beans
Baked Ham, mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower
BBQ Chicken, rice*, steamed green beans
Frozen pizza
Pasta with meat sauce, romaine salad, garlic toast
Take Out Pizza (birthday party)
