BREAKFAST
Very Blueberry Smoothie, Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples
Oatmeal Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix)
Scrambled eggs, orange slices
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola and fresh fruit
Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Chex cereal with milk
LUNCH
Turkey Avocado Wrap (made with a corn tortilla, but you can use Rudi’s GF wraps), cucumber slices with ranch dressing
Nachos with avocado slices
Easy Cheese Quesadillas (corn tortillas), veggies with ranch dressing, canned peaches
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, pepper slices and ranch dressing x2
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
Spicy Black Beans, rice, salad
Greek Pasta Salad (made with gluten free pasta)
Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad
London Broil, home fried potatoes, steamed broccoli and cauliflower (repeat because we ate leftovers last week instead of this)
Crock Pot Chili, corn chips
Baked Chicken, steamed green beans, Tropical Fruit Salad
Chuck Roast, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans

As my daughter shoved a big spoonful of peanut butter into her mouth today, I was telling her about your apple sandwiches. Dipping slices in peanut butter is fun, but I love the look of the sandwich. She’s not a big fan of raisins, but I’ll bet a few mini-chocolate chips would get her attention. 🙂
