Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup
Organic Yogurt with Crockpot Granola, blueberries
Gluten Free Banana Pecan Muffins
Scrambled eggs, fresh honey dew slices
Chex Gluten Free Cereal with milk
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, cucumber slices x2
Nachos with avocado slices, red pepper slices
Peanut Butter Banana, diced honeydew
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
BBQ Chicken and Black Bean Tostadas, cherry tomatoes, avocado slices
BBQ Pork Sliders (with Udi’s Gluten Free Bread rather than buns), cabbage coleslaw
Baked Chicken, rice , steamed green beans
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on tortillas chips), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Baked Potatoes with bacon, steamed broccoli and cheese, salad
Crunchy Chicken Salad, orange slices
