Ham & Egg Cups, orange slices
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins
Oatmeal Pancakes (from leftover oatmeal)
Veggie Breakfast Scramble, toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Cantaloupe Slices, Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Chex cereal with milk
Chocolate Chip Pancakes (made with Bob’s Red Mill Gluten-Free Pancake Mix), scrambled eggs
LUNCH
Peach Mango Smoothie (we will be skipping the peaches and adding a little more banana), popcorn
Ham and Cream Cheese Rollup, raw carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing
Turkey Sandwich (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), pickle
Homemade Pizza Bagels (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
Nachos with avocado slices
Hummus, tortilla chips, green pepper slices
Tuna Salad
DINNER
Beef Roast, steamed green beans, mashed potatoes
Beef and Veggie Soup (with leftover roast), Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread)
Baked Ham, Sweet Potato Fries
Chebe Pizza, salad
BBQ Pork (from the freezer), rice, mixed veggies
Dinner at a friend’s house

Awesome menu! I too have a gluten allergy and this is amazing! The ham and egg cups look delicious! I would like to note that a lot more cereals are gluten free, my favorite is Fruity Pebbles which now labels it Gluten Free in big letters on the front of the box =)
Yes, there are a lot more gluten free cereals available now. We stick with the ones my daughter likes, so it probably looks boring. 🙂
