BREAKFAST
Veggie Breakfast Scramble, Banana Pecan Muffin
Homemade Gluten Free Waffles with DIY Waffle Syrup, sausage links
Chex Cereal with milk
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), banana
Oatmeal (Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free Whole Grain Steel Cut Oats) with raisins, Easy Baked Apples x2
LUNCH
Bagel Halves (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel) with Sundried Tomato Spread and red pepper slices
Turkey Lettuce Wrap, raw carrots and broccoli with ranch dressing x2
Nachos, red pepper slices
Leftovers from dinner
DINNER
BBQ Pork Sliders (served on a gluten free bun), Broccoli Salad with Cranberries and Pecans (cranberries and pecans previously purchased)
Stirfry with leftover pork and stirfry veggies, rice
Crockpot Chili, corn chips
Cheeseburger Casserole (separate dish made with gluten free pasta), steamed green beans
Taco Bowls (Beantastic Taco Meat, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, sour cream and salsa served on corn chips)
BBQ Pepper Jack Burgers, Home Fried Potatoes
