Life is busy and in the midst of all that busyness, it’s easy to find yourself at the end of a week (or month!) without having really accomplished anything*.
To ensure that I’m living life on purpose, I make a weekly plan. I started calling it my Just Keep Moving List to encourage myself that even though I may be slow, I’m making progress!
Here’s this week’s plan (and an update on last week’s!):
Last Week:
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 4 days √ (I made it! Exercise is my sanity.)
This Week:
Run/Walk at least 30 minutes 4 days ( I am adding 5 minutes to my time this week).
Last Week:
Date with hubby √ (at home movie night)
Driving practice with son √
Confine blog work and writing to before 9 am, 1 hour at lunch and a couple of hours in the afternoon/evening 1/2√ (doing better with this)
Date with 15 year old √
We had an unplanned Family Outing on Friday night. We walked and window shopped in a quaint downtown area and enjoyed our FREE Jr. Frosty’s from Wendy’s.

I use this Weekly Planner to help me get a view of the week at a glance. It makes a huge difference in my being able to focus on what’s important each day. (You can click here to see all of the FREE printable planners I have available.)
Even a little progress is moving in the right direction! 🙂
(*Just a Note: It’s good to remember that our value is not based in what we accomplish and depending on the season of life you are in, you may be doing well just to get enough sleep and get everyone fed for the day, so don’t be too hard on yourself. 🙂 )
Do you have some areas in which you want to accomplish more? Leave a comment about your plans for this week.
