Life is busy and in the midst of all that busyness, it’s easy to find yourself at the end of a week (or month!) without having really accomplished anything*.
To ensure that I’m living life on purpose, I make a weekly plan. I started calling it my Just Keep Moving List to encourage myself that even though I may be slow, I’m making progress!
Here’s this week’s plan (and an update on last week’s!):
Last Week:
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 3 days √ ( I ran 1 mile on 1 day, almost a mile on one day and walked a mile on one day.)
This Week:
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 4 days (I am adding a day this week.)

I had another really busy week last week:
Date with hubby √
Driving practice with son X
Confine blog work and writing to before 9 am, 1 hour at lunch and a couple of hours in the afternoon/evening X (I had to catch up after taking Thursday-Sunday off to attend a conference.)
I squeezed in an unplanned date with my 11 year old.

eat veggies every day √
eat nothing after 7:30 pm each night 1/2 √ (We had dinner late one night and ate ice cream as a family 2 nights.)

I use this Weekly Planner to help me get a view of the week at a glance. It makes a huge difference in my being able to focus on what’s important each day. (You can click here to see all of the FREE printable planners I have available.)
Even a little progress is moving in the right direction! 🙂
(*Just a Note: It’s good to remember that our value is not based in what we accomplish and depending on the season of life you are in, you may be doing well just to get enough sleep and get everyone fed for the day, so don’t be too hard on yourself. 🙂 )
Do you have some areas in which you want to accomplish more? Leave a comment about your plans for this week.
