Life is busy and in the midst of all that busyness, it’s easy to find yourself at the end of a week (or month!) without having really accomplished anything*.
To ensure that I’m living life on purpose, I make a weekly plan. I started calling it my Just Keep Moving List to encourage myself that even though I may be slow, I’m making progress!
I use this Weekly Planner to help me get a view of the week at a glance. It makes a huge difference in my being able to focus on what’s important each day. (You can click here to see all of the FREE printable planners I have available.)
Here’s this week’s plan (and an update on last week’s!):
Last Week:
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 4 days; Run at least 1.5 miles on one of my runs. √ ( I ran 1.6 miles–woohoo! )

Do you have some areas in which you want to accomplish more? Leave a comment about your plans for this week.
Even a little progress is moving in the right direction! 🙂
(*Just a Note: It’s good to remember that our value is not based in what we accomplish and depending on the season of life you are in, you may be doing well just to get enough sleep and get everyone fed for the day, so don’t be too hard on yourself. 🙂 )

Hi! I started my Brain in a Binder last night! I am loving it!! Where on the weekly planner do you put your 10 minutes/day job? I may have missed that info somewhere. I have been going through piles of paperwork/magazines/etc. and organizing. My rule is: if it’s not impt enough to go in my binder or be filed somewhere else, then it’s into the trash! That is working really well for me! 😉
Hi Michelle! I usually write the 10 minute project in the To Do section, but you could also write it in the Daily Focus section if you want to focus on the project throughout the day. Good for you for going through your paper clutter!
This week, I’m focusing on my 31 days of blogging series AND I’m finally in a place where I feel like I can start your Take Ten so I’ll be taking ten minutes daily sorting through papers and files in our home office. It’s gotten a little out of control.
Awesome! Let me know how it goes. 🙂
