Life is busy and in the midst of all that busyness, it’s easy to end up at the end of a week (or month!) without having really accomplished anything*.
To ensure that I’m living life on purpose, I make a weekly plan. I started calling it my Just Keep Moving List to encourage myself that even though I may be slow, I’m making progress!
I use this Weekly Planner to help me get a view of the week at a glance. It makes a huge difference in my being able to focus on what’s important each day. (You can click here to see all of the FREE printable planners I have available.)
Here’s this week’s plan (and an update on last week’s!):
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 4 days √ (Running is getting a little easier and I “almost” look forward to it now.)
Run/Walk at least 25 minutes 4 days; Run at least 1 mile on one of my runs.

One-on-one date with 14 year old X (I am embarrassed to admit it, but I did not do this again this week. 🙁 )

Do you have some areas in which you want to accomplish more? Leave a comment about your plans for this week.
Even a little progress is moving in the right direction! 🙂
(*Just a Note: It’s good to remember that our value is not based in what we accomplish and depending on the season of life you are in, you may be doing well just to get enough sleep and get everyone fed for the day, so don’t be too hard on yourself. 🙂 )
