BREAKFAST
Yogurt, blueberries, Crockpot Granola
Chex cereal with milk x2
Cheese Toast (Udi’s Gluten Free Bread), watermelon slices
Egg and Cheese Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
Fried Eggs with spinach, sausage links
Homemade waffles, homemade waffle syrup
LUNCH
Banana Berry Smoothie, popcorn
Apple Sandwiches, celery with cream cheese
Turkey Lettuce Wrap (turkey, cream cheese, diced green onion, romaine lettuce), red pepper slices
Nachos, avocado
Quesadillas (corn tortillas), cucumber
Tuna Salad
Homemade Pizza Bagel (Udi’s Gluten Free Bagel)
DINNER
Black Bean Chicken Chili, corn chips
London Broil, mashed potatoes, steamed green beans
Hot Dogs, baked beans
Greek Pasta Salad (Heartland Gluten Free Pasta), Tomato Cucumber Salad
Baked Potatoes, bacon, steamed broccoli with cheese (Watch my Best Baked Potatoes Video here.)
Chicken Quesadillas (corn tortillas), avocado slices
BBQ Bacon Burgers, corn on the cob
